Be a Part of the Rampage

This is the Page were we put all of our announcements relating directly to the Rampage.  In our latest issue this section was titled “Be a Part of the Rampage!”.

Come to the Meetings!

The Ram-Page meets at 3:00 in the Library. Days of the meetings will be announced over the morning announcements.  Meetings are commonly held on Tuesdays.  All are welcome to come!

Student and Staff Submissions

Not all submissions will be published or receive a personal response. Submissions may be e-mailed to TheRampageNews@gmail,com or library@agtech.org, placed in the Rampage box in the High School main office, or can be directly handed to a Rampage staff member. This applies to all the categories mentioned below.

Send in your Drawings

We are now accepting drawings from any students to be put in the next issue of the Rampage.  We will accept any drawings under the following conditions.  The drawing must be on an 8.5 by 11 sheet of paper and does not contain violent or sexual content.  The name, grade and major of the student must be included.  Applicants are limited to sending only one drawing.  This is not a contest so we will put all drawings into the next issue of the Rampage. Keep in mind that photo-copied Rampage issues are sent out to students in homeroom and that any color pictures will be printed in black and white.

Now Accepting Book and Movie Reviews

Disagree with what our writers have to say about a particular book or movie?  Then write you own.  We will accept any reviews from staff members or students.  Entries do not necessarily have to be about a book or movie that is mentioned in The Rampage.

Letters to the Editor, Have your Voice Heard!

If space becomes available for our next issue, and it probably will, we would be glad to publish any appropriate articles related to Essex Aggie or any of the articles in the Ram-Page. We will accept letters to the editor from students, faculty, alumni, and parents. All submissions are subject to editing.

 Still Accepting Poems

We have received several poems from a number of students over the years.  We are still pleased to accept any of your poetry or short stories as long as they are appropriate.  Any short stories that you that you wish to appear in only one issue must be less than half a page long.  Longer stories may be sent in but will probably appear in separate parts throughout several issues if accepted.
